Lots of interesting questions! I have been using GPT playgrounds to create posts for a while and it tests and plays with my understanding of art. I view the GPT as a collaborator and my role is as a director/editor. I don't think the tools we use diminish the value or interest of art. We have been using computers to help make art for almost half a century without this level of controversy. I think because it impersonates humans we find it disturbing, but I think that's one of the most interesting factors; learning how robots speak. What is their vernacular? Their slang? And at what point will their material be indistinguishable from human content?
